Local public management in the area of economic promotion requires constant monitoring of the policies and actions that are being carried out, especially in such a volatile and innovative environment.
Our proposal is aimed at providing political and technical representatives with a first diagnostic document and work proposals as a tool to be able to reflect and analyze whether the policies being carried out are the most appropriate. We do not propose the creation of a large strategic document, but rather a photographic document with the subjective point of view of professionals who have experience both in the direct management of local administrations in the field of tourism , trade, markets, PAE’S, employment, training… in short, economic promotion. A pragmatic, realistic tool that does not make pigeons fly, which should allow setting priorities for the future in the short and long term.
